If you need both a workspace and a locked spot for tools, an office/storage combo puts them in one unit. Standalone 20- and 40-foot storage containers add secure, weather-tight space for materials and equipment and can sit alongside a trailer. Matching the right mix keeps expensive tools locked down and your office uncluttered.
Delivery, placement, and hookups
Trailers and containers are delivered on trucks and need a reasonably level, accessible spot with room to set the unit down. Plan for steps or an ADA ramp at the door, and confirm power, HVAC, and any data or security needs early — a trailer isn’t useful until it’s powered and climate-controlled. We’ll walk through placement and hookups before delivery.
Moving materials around the site
Forklifts and telehandlers handle the heavy lifting — unloading deliveries, staging materials, and reaching upper floors. The right machine depends on your heaviest load, the lift height you need to reach, and the terrain (rough-terrain machines for dirt and slope, not just flat pavement). Can I get an office and storage together?
Yes — office/storage combos put a workspace and a locked storage area in one unit, and standalone containers can be added alongside a trailer. Tell us how you’ll use the space and we’ll configure it.
What size office do I need?

What do you need to deliver and set up a trailer?
